Communication Skills: Understanding Others Natural Style

 

Description:

Understand your style of communication and the styles of others. Each participant will receive a personalized DiSC Profile which will outline communication strengths, motivators and demotivators, and conflict management styles. Special reports will contain personalized information for creating a positive workplace, how you relate to others within your environment and your approach to managing other people. This session is designed to empower leaders with the skills and communication abilities to truly make a difference.
