The Alice Dendinger Alliance Group also provides training courses that are open to the public, for anyone interested in developing their skills. Public classes will be offered for all employee levels (individual contributor, supervisor, manager), as well as, stand alone Leadership and organizational courses. Whether you come as an individual or with your workgroup or friends, you can benefit from the kinds of courses provided.

These will be great opportunities for:

● Small businesses and nonprofits that do not have training departments or training facilities

● HR professionals that want to learn how to better serve their internal business partners

● Employees who want to explore supervisory responsibilities or supervisors taking the initiative to prepare for promotional opportunities into management

● Non-profit board leaders who want to help their organizations and staff become more professional

● College students who can learn from the "real world" examples of classmates

● Independent Consultants looking for new ideas or learning techniques
