SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEAD

Introduction to Coaching and Feedback

Description:

Great coaches motivate, teach, and reinforce learning through their own good examples, leadership and questioning skills. They forge a team that can accomplish far more than any individual player could gain. Coaching is a key tool in helping team members improve their performance. It helps people develop better skills and eliminate poor ones. Coaching is also an excellent way to improve supervisory skills in improving communication, developing shared goals and collaboration. Coaching goes well beyond offering constructive criticism to develop the potential of all team members. This module shows participants how to use coaching as a way to build a valuable sense of teamwork between the supervisor and team members.
