Description:
Where does motivation for an employee originate? Is it your responsibility as a supervisor to motivate an employee? How much is each employee responsible for his/her own motivation? In this session, we will identify factors that motivate team members and discover demotivators. You will learn how you can lead employees to bring out the best in their performance.
