Setting Goals and Expectations

 

Description:

A key to productive teams and getting results is in setting clearly defined goals and achievable expectations. We will learn how to identify and set performance standards that are specific, measurable, attainable, results oriented, and time-framed, using concrete active language. It is important to involve team members in creating their own individual performance standards and you will learn how to negotiate standards that address both desired results and team members’ capabilities. Training also includes how to monitor progress toward goals by holding individual review meetings.
