DiSC® Profiles and Reports

DiSC® Profiles and Reports are some of the most effective tools in existence for causing behavior to change. DiSC® is a non-judgmental way of looking at someone’s behavior so that they can see where their behavioral choices are effective and ineffective, based on the goals they are trying to achieve. It is also an extremely useful tool for predicting behavior in the future based on a variety of factors, such as stress (a key factor in the business world, as well as personal life), and the cultural expectations of the environment in which the person operates.

You can use the profiles in whatever way suits your situation best. Whether that’s via one-on-one coaching or mentoring, team training, or company-wide initiatives, the DiSC® Training kits provide fully-scripted, detailed workshops in a variety of different lengths that you can use as-is, or adapt to your unique needs. DiSC® Profiles and Reports have been – and continue to be – highly researched, with a strong track record of reliability and validity – making you 100% confident when using them with your employees.

When you take the DiSC® assessment (online or on paper) you receive an easy-to-understand report with descriptions and charts showing what your behavioral preferences are, how they relate to and interact with the styles of others. This is an essential tool as it allows you to put your learning to work immediately.

Alice can recommend an array of DiSC® products to assess the specific issues you are facing in your organization and to implement a solution that is most effective.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)

Myers-Briggs Assessment

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is a questionnaire designed to measure preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The purpose of the MBTI personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives. The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in the behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent, being due to basic differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment

"Whatever the circumstances of your life, the understanding of type can make your perceptions clearer, your judgements sounder, and your life closer to your heart's desire." - Isabel Briggs-Myers

The MBTI assessment is a powerfully versatile solution that has helped millions of people better understand themselves and how they interact with others. It has also helped organizations of all sizes address their needs, from team building, leadership and coaching, and conflict management to career development and retention.

By understanding type preferences, employees can approach work in a way that best suits their style in: time management, problem solving, decision making, and dealing with stress. Knowledge of type can help employees deal with the culture of the workplace, the development of new skills, understanding teams, and coping with change.

In a Sales environment, knowledge of type can be helpful in understanding clients needs - especially how they prefer to learn about products and services and how they are likely to interact during the process of gathering information and making decisions.

The MBTI instrument may be the best-known personality assessment tool available today and if this is a tool you are interested in, Alice Dendinger is a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner.  There are five different versions of the MBTI, Alice can help you determine which one is the right form for your needs.
